Krem kocke BEZ PEČENJA! Jednostavan i zaista brz desert – samo 15 minuta i spreman je…

trebamo:
šlag,
500 g kisele pavlake,
300 g kondenzovanog mleka,
1 kesica želatina,
150 ml vode,
dugi biskvit,
za glazuru:

200 ml vrhnja za šlag
160 g čokolade.
Procedura:
Umutiti vrhnje u gustinu šlaga. Umutiti kiselu pavlaku sa kondenzovanim mlekom i šlagom u činiji. Pustite da želatin nabubri i otopite ga na laganoj vatri. Sipajte šoljicu kafe u činiju sa kondenzovanim mlekom i zasladite mlekom. Umočite biskvit u kafu i rasporedite na pleh. Pomiješajte želatin sa kremom i ovu smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite preko biskvita. Slijedi drugi sloj biskvita od kafe i ostatak kreme. Po vrhu prelijte pripremljenim glazurom. Ostavite da se stegne u frižideru i onda poslužite.
